Refund Policy

LifeMapp is free. The only thing that can be refunded is the voluntary €1.99 a month support. If it stops feeling right — cancel. No hoops, no guilt. Cancelling never affects your access to LifeMapp, because nothing is locked behind it.

Cancelling support

• Cancel anytime from your account. Support ends at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not pro-rate partial months — but if you were charged in error, or cancelled just after a renewal, email us and we will refund it.

How to request a refund

Email hello@getlifemapp.com from the email address on your account, or open the customer portal from your account page.

Failed payments

If a monthly payment fails, Paddle retries automatically over a few days. Nothing changes for you in the meantime — LifeMapp is free either way. If the payment ultimately fails, the support subscription is cancelled.

Chargebacks

We would rather refund than dispute. Please contact us first — chargebacks cause permanent payment-method blocks on Paddle's side.
