Terms of Service — LifeMapp

Welcome to LifeMapp. By creating an account, joining a membership, or using any part of this platform, you agree to these Terms. They are written to be readable, not adversarial — but they are binding.

1. What LifeMapp is

LifeMapp is a personal growth and wellbeing operating system. It is not a medical, psychological, financial, legal, or therapeutic service. Nothing in LifeMapp is clinical advice. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

2. Your account

You must be 16 or older to create an account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

3. Memberships and payments

LifeMapp offers a free tier, an Impact Membership (€1.99/month, recurring), and a Founder seat (€149 one-time, lifetime LifeMapp+ premium when launched). Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or via the customer portal.

4. Founder seats

Founder seats are limited to 500 seats globally. One seat per person. Founder access grants lifetime LifeMapp+ premium access when LifeMapp+ is launched and the Founder benefits described on the Founder page at the time of purchase.

5. Acceptable use

No abuse, harassment, or harmful content in reflections or any shared space.
No attempts to bypass security, RLS, or access controls.
No use of LifeMapp to harm yourself or others.

6. Intellectual property

LifeMapp, its name, brand, content, code, and design are owned by LifeMapp. Your personal entries (check-ins, reflections, reviews) belong to you. You grant us a limited license to store and display them inside your account so the system can function.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that pose risk to other members or to the platform.

8. Liability

LifeMapp is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union jurisdiction in which LifeMapp operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
