Terms of Service — LifeMapp

Welcome to LifeMapp. By creating an account or using any part of this product, you agree to these Terms. They are written to be readable, not adversarial — but they are binding.

1. What LifeMapp is

LifeMapp helps you describe the life you want, understand the life you are living, make a plan between the two, and live it one step at a time. It is not a medical, psychological, financial, legal, or therapeutic service. Nothing in LifeMapp is clinical advice. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

2. Your account

You must be 16 or older to create an account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

3. Price and optional support

LifeMapp is free to use. The only paid option is voluntary support of €1.99 per month, paid to LifeMapp. It unlocks nothing: there are no tiers, no memberships, no badges and no extra features. Everything in LifeMapp is available to everyone, whether they support it or not. Support renews monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling never affects your access to LifeMapp.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.

4. Acceptable use

No abuse, harassment, or harmful content.
No attempts to bypass security or access controls.
No use of LifeMapp to harm yourself or others.

5. Intellectual property

LifeMapp, its name, brand, content, code, and design are owned by LifeMapp. What you write — your answers, plan, daily entries and reviews — belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to store and display it inside your account so the product can function.

6. Termination

You can export your data and delete your account at any time from Export or erase your data. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to other people or to the product.

7. Liability

LifeMapp is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice before they take effect.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union jurisdiction in which LifeMapp operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
